The Government of Turkmenistan with support of the Islamic development Bank decided to address the developments in the IT world by initiating the upgrade of the country’s entire communication systems.

Austroconsult is engaged in planning, conceptual engineering, elaboration of tender documents, evaluation of offers and supervision of several project packages.

The Turkmen State decided to build a new Printing House. HEE subsequently designed and built the Turkmen State Print Complex in Ashgabat.

Austroconsult was contracted by HEE for the provision of project management services including project planning, structuring, integration management, costs, quality, HR, communication, risk and procurement.
